I want somebody with a degree of that stuff known as ' common sense ' to explain to me why tourists should fly to a country where they are limited to an island with all the usual hospitality sectors closed down as in bars, restaurants and discotheques; or anything that involves enjoyment or people gathering when they have already been vaccinated?

 

The Thai government is asking them to jump through hoops, ensure they have proof of vaccination, covid tests, and all the other nonsense they have introduced.

 

Just tell me why they would expect people who walk upright, have a brain, to accept this, when they are coming all the way from Europe or USA etc for absolutely nothing, except a beach?, which nearly every country has anyway and a lot closer to home, and as good if not better than Phuket?

 

Idiotic plan. Who placed these people in their positions in government to make such ridiculous assertions and decisions?

 

Why don't they just SHUT UP , it would make them look less foolish!

 

 

well we do not want to spoil the peace and tranquility of such a high class resort, do we?
