Close restaurants for dine-in customers but leave the big shopping malls open. Gee- I wonder why? It couldn't be that the malls are owned by powerful hi-so oligarchs, could it? No? I didn't think so.

covid-19 infections with DELTA variants, here we go again, what will the excuses be this time!!

Anybody know what region(s) these Delta cases have been discovered in? I didn't see that, although they say that one of the variants is primarily down south.

will land borders be opened for phuket?

if it is will covid-19 insurance be required?

India's death rate per million is 4 times  lower than that of my home country of Ireland's. The media has done  a great  job filling people with unesecery fear.

It is very hard to see the reality with so many factors involved. Those big India numbers a few weeks back, in both deaths and new infections, were very much focused on the big population centres... Delhi for eg, with a population of 22 mil, 4x that of your whole country. But to divide it by their whole country's population, of 1.4 billion, would create a false low. 

Per capita deaths points a finger at Peru , for no reason I can fathom, but 1,500-2,500 per mil encompasses so many countries. I can't figure it out.
