You seem to have let your foot off the clutch a little too early in ‘kicking off and taking a stand against all other expats’...  Perhaps you think you should be the only one here, makes you more special ???  BUT, you have failed to recognise that this is not a ‘farang’ stand.

 

This was highlighted by Thai media. For the most part the outrage is being levied by the Thai Media, by Thai Netizens... us non-Thai’s are piggy-backing on this outrage, not because of the lack of mask wearing itself, but because of the hypocrisy shown by someone in a position of decision making power. 

 

 

With the exception of all but the most neurotic of us, I think we can all agree with that while sunbathing, swimming, socially distancing on the beach, running, cycling etc that mask wear is not really necessary..

As for taking their masks off for some munchies may I suggest the lot of them wear gimp masks as that would allow them to remain masked when chowing .. and in Anutins case the mouth zipper could be padlocked shut so we haven't got to put up with his inane drivel anymore ..

I don’t usually take on an idiotic argument - but how can you miss the fact that they said they were ‘having snacks and a coffee’
