Seems like all the private hospitals offering to take deposits for Moderna were quickly overwhelmed.  One suspects that most had already filled their quotas and only opened to the public for show. Such is public confidence in the government rollout.

Not going to comment on Sinovac because that's a can of worms but I think many people are missing the most important benefit of vaccination for an individual. That is prevention of hospitalization or death if infected. Preventing being infected is less critical. My current reading says AstraZeneca gives very good protection against hospitalization and death even with a Delta infection.
