I thought Pfizer only required one dose?

You thinking of the gel or the blue pill of which I use neither, ala natural is the way to go. As for the vaccine, well if Pfizer gets here before Moderna, I will go for it, otherwise will wait for Moderna as I have paid for it.

I see you have decided to amend your first incorrect statement and now wish to make it that “ no non Asian developed country” has donated vaccines to Thailand. very wise, your first statement that “no developed country”had donated vaccine to Thailand  was false.

I haven’t responded to the stuff that you posted about India, for the simple reason I have nothing to say about it. The only part of your post to which I responded was the piece that made a false statement, that I wished to correct. You have now done that yourself of course, by adding in the “non Asian”    caveat.

I still don’t see a link between Bill Gates and Thailand. But never mind, you obviously do.

covax, consider this quote from Dr Seth Berkley CEO of GAVI

“For lower-income funded nations, who would otherwise be unable to afford these vaccines, as well as a number of higher-income self-financing countries that have no bilateral deals with manufacturers, COVAX is quite literally a lifeline and the only viable way in which their citizens will get access to COVID-19 vaccines.”

whether being a participant of covax would have resulted in Thailand receiving funded vaccine supplies, I cannot say.  Since they decided not to be a participant, I can say with certainty, they will not.

since you have amended your original false statement, I think we are done here.

It can be said with certainty that Thailand has refused to work  with COVAX . The reason why can be assumed  easily . I do not wish to spell it out .

That it is.  Which is why these are the halcyon days of vaccines.  Wait until 2023 when the vaccine plants are cranking out billions a year.  Vaccines in authoritarian countries will be essentially mandated (most countries will have fully moved to an authoritarian model of governance) and vaccines will be mandated on a 3 to 6 month revolving schedule as Big Pharma milks the new cash cow in a now Trillion dollar a year industry (Long Moderna)  They'll be using children names for variants (just like hurricanes) as they long ago ran out of Greek letters as periodic lock-downs and mandatory mask wearing is still the norm.  The unvaccinated will be blamed for the variants.  Small business will have been decimated most being a fond memory as malls, hypermarts, and corporate restaurants with their own delivery staff will now be the only option for those with vaccines.  Those without will languish in the ranks of unvaccinated apartheid.  Shunned, oppressed, perhaps imprisoned...or worse, as they are 'encouraged' by all means necessary to join the ranks of the vaccinated and add to Big Pharma's bottom line.  Cha-Ching!  The main-stream media will be nothing but unending fear.
Well, in my crystal ball at least.

"Well, in my crystal ball at least. "  Is that the left one or the right one?

Doesn't say Americans, just says foreigners. Could be foreign labour forces to appease the Yanks who have been criticising Thailand over labour conditions? Gives Thailand a full 6 mths to work out a) how to profit b) how to make everyone forget this condition!

As much as our embassies are useless I think they will do a better job than thai government , but knowing how our embassies work , where every step cost money , chances are they will charge through the nose to make it happen . Oz embassy not much better than US even worse.

How's that relevant to the money grabbing big Pharma dividend kill? Taxpayers fund the research while shareholders reap the rewards. Like I said BIGGER PICTURE.

Hey, you’re talkin’ ‘bout me—I’m a proud Pfizer stockholder, and I love those dividends…

Israel has Pfizer and ONLY vaccinate their own people, Israëliets, yews.

The Palestines living there DONT get any vaccine.

Now Pfizer is demanding Thailand?!

We are living in a bad world with bad people.

It's good Trump isnt running anymore with his saying "America first"

But sadly there are way more "leading" idiots.

Not unless they smuggle it in.  Most fear it anyway. That's probably how Thonglor started all this.

just gotta admire (not) the jealousy that pops out from locals and local foreigners when Americans get what should be provided by their country even when the US is DONATING proven vaccines for anyone and at the same time is providing access to other proven vaccines for this country's use as well as for other countries.  I have seen it for many years in many different countries where those that do not nor can not live full time in the US try to belittle the very things that they wish they could have.  I definitely am not saying that the US is best of everything but for freedom of thought, expression, benefits for its citizens that are usually earned, and only because so many liberals today want to change the govt to be more like other countries (i.e. socialist countries that have universal health care which is driving those countries to bankruptcy, free college, etc) we are a capitalist republic which means everyone has the opportunity to excel in life but it usually must be earned.  I will not apologize for being born an American, I am proud of that fact.  While we are at it, the4 US also just recently DONATED $30 million USD to the Thai govt to help them fight the virus.  So, not only are WE helping our citizens here, we are helping everyone here.  I hope all who deserve it get the vaccine of their choice and they and their families avoid the virus and I hope that the Thais that have lost just about everything due to the shutdowns can get back to work.

Before you gloat over the vaccine, better wait and see how things play out. US government/embassy are the same people who cancelled our income letters because it was too much work for them.
