Owner of condo asking for ~4 months of rent in damages after 1.3 years of renting - condo is in mint condition - looking for help

In all seriousness, there is a  "Consumer Affairs" in Thailand.  That was a shocker and yes they can help if you are in BK but good luck anywhere else.  Also, it seems calls are pointless and you need to actually go to the office.  A quick trip for the OP with proof the place was in "mint" condition or close to it would surely make a huge difference.  He no longer is running from an issue and has reported an issue.  Think he could leave then with no worry and if issues  later, direct the court to the filing.

 

Still think the OP is full of it but if not make the report and then bolt.

Has this thread not been closed yet (MODS????).

The OP went extremely quiet after being called out as a troll, and has still failed to attach any pictures to justify his side.
