I'd like to have insoles cast for my shoes as I have lower back pain and hip pain. Can someone suggest the best place in Bangkok to have this done. Much appreciated.

It's probably not the best, and I'd guess it's not open right now anyway, but I got insoles at K-Village. If you go up the escalator by Villa, there's an shoe store called Walking Habit on the left. They have semi-custom insoles, (where the machine takes the measurements and one of the set is recommended), and they also had a sign up to say they made custom insoles. I was able to get a suitable semi-custom set, so I didn't look into it any further.
