Any check points coming from Rayong to go to Pats and return? In the last wave of china virus one had to fill out a form or whatever.

There is nothing, but if you are worried just go thru Banchang and then take new highway or use Sukhumvit. 

I saw one set up approximately where the provincial border is that was slowing traffic heading NW (Hwy 36)... it was unmanned later when I came back the other way. Round trip without any stops.
