Not sure this is right place if it can be moved

Why does this happen i am not computed illiterate but never experienced why something wont work on home wifi but works on mobile data

Seems like a glitch checking your IP. I saw this one time. ( I assume you're not using a VPN on your home network.)

 

The obvious solution is to switch off WiFi and use mobile data, or

 

Long press on the app, press i (information), Force Stop, Open.

 

thai government apps are quite finicky, when they're "working".
