The Government needs to monitor Viet tourism very closely. As Thailand's biggest local competitor for inbound tourism, there needs to be attention paid to entry requirements and how and where they are being applied. What works in attracting tourists most and what deters them from coming.

The TAT and Tourism Ministry never have any idea why tourists come to Thailand or why they don't come.

    Thailand on Friday (October 22) reported 9,810 new COVID-19 cases, 10,513 recoveries and 66 additional deaths over the past 24 hours.
