I will be applying for the Thailand pass when it's up and running, my question is.

 

When registering for the Thailand pass, do you have to download load flight details to the Thailand pass registration before you get approved, this could be a problem if you do not get approved.

I am fully vaccinated 

I think now they have settled for no flight details.

so pass copy, vax, hotel, insurance.

definitely get flexible ticket. On skyscaner there is a new function which selects only those ones. Those tickets might be slightly more expensive, but unlimited changes with no penalty, for up to 2 years. Some of them refundable
