but you forgot to mention in your little advert, that if ya go back to him and ask him to pay the hospital bill for someone with food poisoning, you simply get told by the man himself, mr crazy dave f*** OFF. thats what i call customer service. lol. i was let to believe that the customer comes first, maybe dave & lovely linda were not taught this at there buisness classes, wherever that might have been, if any!! wink wink.

Seriously if he was the type of guy that cared about his customers he would keep the place clean and make sure that no one got food poisoning. It can't be that hard. i have been coming to thailand for 12 years and living here for over 8 years. I have never been in the hospital for food poisoning and i eat in all kinds of thai places on the side of the road.

i think crazy daves problem is, its frozen food, and i bet its been in his freezer for well over the time it should be. are u telling me, theres a cook in the back kitchen make each and every cottage pie? i doubt it.......

i bet his food in his freezer is old, hence the lady getting food poisoning and very very ill. apparently the hospital said she had eaten bad fish fingers from crazy daves, and crazy dave said F*** OFF is not me that did it.

na then F*** OFF. thats not very buisness like talking like that to your customers, i wonder why he is so thin himself, maybe its his food. ??? maybe he is stuck on the toilet as well. his very very thin body does not exactly promote his restaurent does it??

I have never been to Pattya and never plan to go so i don't have to worry about the greasy spoons you guys are talking about. I will never eat at a place with a rep like his as long as TV posters keep letting us know about them.

for all you crazy dave detractors, simple just don't go there, i personaly have eaten there many times and find the food to be some of the best quality and value to be had anywhere in Pattaya, also his breakfast is the best in town.

Depending on the situation I hear VP's and Directors using GTF, <deleted> and <deleted> quite a bit and there were some very posh girls at Uni who used to swear like troopers with a mouth full of marbles - I love how southerners can not say bastad and put too many R's in it ;-)

I visited this joint once a long while back out of morbid curiosity. I was hoping to see a raving mad Brit make a scene but only met by a Thai lady of a certain age and attitude (surly with a cherry on top). Already disappointing, I should have known better and walked out.

The 200 baht room is fan and aircon and is a quaint little room with a slighting roof and a TV so close to the end of the bed you can change channels with your toes if you have miss-placed the Remote control.

Sure you can have a Bacon and chip Buttie. Butter the bread on one side only.

XL clothes are everywhere. Go to Tesco or BIG c first.

Don't stagger out of a Bar on Beach Rd or Walking St in the early hours of the morning with Thousands of Bht and gold Chains on you. The Ladyboys will get you if you don't watch out!

I was bought up on a council Estate, so where my kids, taught them to stand on their own 2 feet, they are both polite and well educated, my son has his own business and is doing well at it

I used to run a Judo club on a council estate, one of the best in the country, if not THE best, had all nationalities there

There are a lot of decent, hardworking people on council estates, they arent all as foul mouthed as Dave (and you dont klnow if he even does come from a council estate ) so dont tar everyone with the same brush

AND not all council estates are the run down hovels you obviously think they are

I still live on a council estate, but the majority of people have bought their houses now, its a good area, no crime, kids can play in the street, there are no junked or abandoned cars, the grass is cut regularly, the street lights all work, pepoles gardens are well tended, there is a play area for the kids (where they can play safely)

There are plenty of different people living here, black, white, Asian, Chinese, Hindu's, Muslims, catholics, Jews AND people who just live their lives quite happily here, young and old (think the oldest is 92 and she has no problems with the kids or neighbours

I can send you pictures of OUR council estate, its a nice place to live and bring up kids
