Best sites to find a rental condo in Bangkok

Featured Replies

Did a quick search and couldn't find a recent thread on this.

Looking for some sites where I can find an inexpensive condo to rent near a BTS station (On Nut to Ploen Chit).  Is Hipflat the best one?

hipflat, ddproperty, propertyhub, and there are probably also a few Bangkok Condo related Facebook groups.

fazwaz has more expensive units. I would avoid them.  Go to hipflat and chose the individual agent, even some offers are outdated. Use the filter “new ones listed”.

Find a property you like on HipFlat or the other internet sites mentioned but instead of using the email contacts, go directly to the property and look for a bulletin board or speak with the building staff about units for rent.

The agents are real pests.

They swamp the websites with fake ads (most ads are out of date, pictures are copied from other websites, or the whole ad is just made up).

What they are good at: driving up prices and driving me mad (many just never answer,  or answer very late, or dont answer my questions but send ads)

But like all middlemen all over the world they have seen to it (guess how)

that you get mid to upscale places only through them.
