living with a Thai-housemaid since 1995, but I do not want to marry for some visa-papers,

of German nationality,

70% disabled (wheelchair)

official of the German telecom,

retired with ca. 95000 baht

stay in Thailand (Udonthani) since 1994

(with short "home-country-breaks")

Are there any provisions concerning one-year-visum or residency visum for disabled?

These "visa runs" are quite a hassle for me...

Read the posts on retirement visa. You are over 55 and have an income to qualify.

I knew it but failed to associate it with your post. If that is per month,  you have no problems, provided you obtain the prerequisite Non Immigrant O visa from a Thai Mission or Post outside of Thailand> You may already have one

Oh and you are over FIFTY and entitled to retire. It will be less hassle  to apply  for retirement rather than  a  health grounds stay. As you are in a wheelchair, it may pay to take medical certificates evidencing non-communicable diseases.

I am 49  years resident in ChiangMai (wheelchair user also) since 2 years

I got the 1 year visa NON-O-immigrant visa

and renew within 1 hour every new year without any problem

I do not know about special visa for disabled people  - if any ?

if you have any evidence of monthly income, just folows the rules and requisite of the Thai embassy

you need to apply in your country (with all original papers officially translated in Thai )

then you get a provisional visa (normally 1month++ until you get your 1 year visa -

If you have all the required papers, you have to open a local bank account with deposit  (actually it seems that you are required to deposit a minimum of 800 000 baths - but regulations has been change recently)  

In my case last years, Immigration requests me only 200 000 bath deposit

If you look in the visa section of this forum,  somebody wrote  recently that now you may get the Non O immigrant visa within 1 hour in Bangkok
