There are no Immigrations agents on Samui.

Basically you can't change non immigrant visa class within Thailand .

You can only change reason for extension of stay.

If you're planning to seek extension of stay based on marriage or family you can do it yourself.

If you want to change to retirement extension based on non-O instead of non-OA to avoid the insurance requirement, you can't do it.

As @PoorSucker says, the only option is to leave Thailand and return, for example 30-days visa exempt, and then apply for a non-O. The only known "visa agents" on Samui are accountants and lawyers assisting with paperwork, especially extension of stay due to business/work permit...????
