This is the second water cooler I've had with this problem. The tap or faucet is leaking, filling up the tray, with water going on the floor. Anybody know where to get this? (for a traditional metal water cooler) Please don't suggest replacing the rubber parts inside as I'm too lazy. Thanks.

I have had this problem too. Unscrew the faucet (with the gaskets and everything) and take it to one of the multitude of storefront shops selling hardware items etc. and give it to the old lady (they are always run by old ladies) and she will give you a replacement.
