Making a conversion from Exempt via Non Imm O to ext. based on retirement

May I ask you guys about the demands, the man is from Finland and he is

able to present an income-letter.....

a - What do the immigration want to have to fulfill the application for the

      non immigrant O...

b - What is the demands after that, for application to extension of stay

      based on retirement??

Requirements for the non-o visa application is here.

If using the 65k baht income he will have to present the income letter again for the extension. Immigration will normally stamp a copy of the one used for the visa so that it can be used for the extension during the last 30 days of of the 90 day entry form the visa.

What else that is required for the extension varies from office to office.

He will need a completed TM7 for with a 4 X 6 cm photo attached.

Copies of his passport photo page, visa, permit to stay stay stamp (90 days), and TM6 departure card.

Thank you.  What happens if  have bought a condo - so no rent - but do not have a yeallow book?  Can I show the chanot?

You could show the chamotte or the blue house book for your condo.
