Police chief to expedite the removal of ‘Ferrari Joe’ as murder charges are due to be filed in court

I'm guessing it's better to have them indicted and stand trial as civilians rather than have them stand as employee's of RTP possibly (dressed in full uniform).

As for the National Police Commissioner let's hope he is whiter than white?

Personally I still think that they have to tread carefully with Joe, if they upset him too much he might take a few with him!

Unless of course all that nonsense has been sorted out and deals struck!

Thitisan “Joe Ferrari” Utthanaphon confessed on Friday to crimes of malfeasance, abuse of authority and coercion charges, but denied he tortured the drug suspect to death. (1/2)

He said he did not meant to kill the man after placing multiple plastic bags over his head which led to suffocation. (2/2)

Some of the postings on here make wonder what the Moderators are doing.

Sure as hell does not do any good for expats living in Thailand to Thai’s who read them.

And Thai people do read the forum.

Come on moderators get your act together.

Haven't been found guilty as yet, and had to have investigation before dismissal to avoid civil action for wrongful dismissal?

talk about job security! on video in the police station from day one...

I guess his comrades were afraid of the muck he would expose if they outright fired him before they could work out some terms behind closed doors
