Good Morning,

I intended to go to the Immigration office to ask this question, but it is heaving down, and the roads are flooding, so, my question is, if you renew your 90 day report, for example 14 days before the due date does the new date run from when you reported, or from when it was originally due. For example, my renewal date is January 2nd. if I renew it on December 20th. would the next date be March 20th. or April 2nd. thanks in advance for any information.

P.S. I keep finding online reporting a nightmare, so do not want to rely on it.

When you do a 90 day report the new 90 days starts from the day you do your report.

You should try again for the online reporting. Do it early and if it does not work you still have time to do it by mail or in person.

Do it via mail 15 days prior to Jan 2.

Your receipt will show next report due 90 days from Jan 2.

That depends upon the office your are mailing your report to. Many offices process it as soon as it is received and that is the date the report is dated and the new 90 days start then.
