The better media outlets, can you give an example of who these are please?

Any media outlets which contain expert medical opinion such as medical and scientific journals. Other general media outlets which have high levels of trust and w wide range of readership rather than those which cater to only a fringe political sector. Also media outlets which aren't heavily criticised by well regarded fact checkers. Another consideration would be media which is constrained by legislation mandating fair and balanced reporting.

The NY Times has a pay wall, but many articles on Coronavirus are free.  AP News and Reuters are pretty much just pure news sites.  No opinion stuff.  NPR, BBC, The Guardian, Financial Times, The Economist, etc.  Sites like CDC, etc, also have some good info.

A good place to vet your sources:

Many here put up links to dodgy sites.  The first clue is a big DONATE HERE button! LOL

Any site that is not MSM, or to make it easy read the MSM and then you know the opposite is true.

Thankfully Facebook is becoming a more limited option for the anti vaxxers, hopefully there will be less misinformation promoted and less harassment of the scientists, medical staff and officials carrying out public health. Its these types of dangerous campaigns that help fuel vaccine hesitancy in some nations and groups.

"Facebook says it has derailed an anti-vaccine campaign that harassed medical staff, journalists and officials. "V-V" supporters mass-harassed people on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and other platforms, calling doctors "Nazi supporters"

One doctor says this. She's not a scientist and has no idea about the real details of this variant. Stunning how the deniers gravitate towards stuff like this.

So far, a guy who developed a software is dictating things to do about vaccination and other treatments. I am keen to listen to her so... she is already more qualified than Bill... for sure.

Facebook J&J

Social media is the source of most misinformation. Sad some choose to get their info from these sources.

Very weird you agree on sensorship. Sensorship is only to cover the lies.

Nonsense, so they were calling these people Nazi's, that is the lie.

Totally agree with censorship when it involves mass-harassed people on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and other platforms, calling doctors "Nazi supporters"

Sensorship was what the Nazis did. To accomplish thier goal, they controlled all forms of communication through sensorship and propaganda. This included newspapers, news channels, magazines, books, arts, theatre, movies and radio.

There wasn't any social media to oppose what was taking place, thankfully there is now.

People have short memories

You mean health professionals like Fauci Lol. Do you really think they care about a nurse doing her job

Censorship is only to prevent the lies from being published.  Misinformation is the #1 problem today.  And those who fall for it.

Do you really think they don't?  If so, you know nothing about health professionals.

Yes they show they care by firing 100s of thousands of health professionals around the world who refuse the vaccines. That tells me all I need to know

You'll have to put up a link proving this.  I'll wait.

China is a leading country on sensorship, so you agree that they are only doing this because of lies

Agreed.  But that's just one country.  Same happens here also.

For good reasons.  Misinformation is a big reason this pandemic isn't over yet.
