Urgent help needed. Thai Vaccine certificate “Not Accepted” For KLM UK bound flight ???

Document pre-checks are done centrally through the KLM website. Follow-up queries are also dealt with centrally. It's nothing to do with local offices.

I just went through the process and was corresponding with someone in Netherlands. Not you I guess.

No I would have known. You were lucky you got  in touch with someone in Netherlands, most of the "trouble shooters"are in India. They speak awfull English. My son is doing the same thing in Bucharest Romania because of the language problems, he speaks the local language. For the same reason online/telephonic contacts in Thailand are mostly handled by Thai, cheaper too so are the Indians.
