Visa fee issue

Featured Replies

Dear fellows ,

I need to send my Visa application by post along with the visa fee to the Thai Embassy in Ankara. I'm in Macedonia and I already fail with DHL.When courier ask me if there is money in the envelope I sayed Yes,because I know that is illegal to send money by post.Even I packed the money in the envelope along with a thick post card and paper in color ,I couldn't lie.So now I'm planning to try with a different post TNT, they are little slower compared with DHL but I think it's worth to try.

Any one with a similar experience ?

Has anyone send money with post before ?

Any advice most appreciate,

thank you

Post doesn't allow to send money.

If you aren't willing to lie I guess you have to drive to the embassy yourself.

Does it have to be cash. I would think you could get a money order, cashiers check or a international bank draft.

That would be a long trip from North Macedonia to Ankara Turkey.

North Macedonia is not on the list for a 15 day visa on arrival or a 30 day visa exempt entries.
