I have a friend with a swiss passport who will need to report by mid january.  The online system looks a mess and she is technically challenged.  Does anyone have a link to the process that is clearly stated? She will be reporting from Phuket.  Thank you...

If she has never made a report she may need to make an office visit to do her first 90 day

Is this is first report ever? What does she have that allows her to stay longer than 90 days?

OP, why not do it via mail. I assume Phuket has mail in option.

You could fill in the TM47. The rest is basically photocopies of various passport pages. 

If it's an ongoing issue she could consider using an agent. Would cost her ~500baht per report if went that route.
