    No, I don't think massage or soapy massage leads to anything distasteful such as involving sex. Heaven forbid. It's just a bit of harmless physiotherapy. These ladies and ladyboys are graduates of Physiotherapy. The therapy is just comforting gents with stiff muscles or boners.
