When I received my 2nd Astra Zenica jab at Bang Sue Vaccination Center last October, I was unable to find where vaccination certificates were issued and gave-up.

Because of this, I have been unable to register for the "Mor Phrom" app as I lack the 13 digit number required.  PP number doesn't cut it.

I returned to Bang Sue last Monday, hoping to obtain a Vaccine certificate.

The only piece of documentation I had was my stamped appointment sheet with both vaccination dates.

It took a while to get past the front line workers at the entry. Nobody spoke English and they automatically assumed I was there for a booster.

Finally found an English speaker who understood what I wanted.  She directed a soldier to take me to an area that turned out to be where monks are given their injections.

After a couple of tries, I was directed to a nurse fluent in English. She knew exactly what I wanted.

I sat for 5 minutes and she then delivered the prized yellow "Certificate of Vaccination" fully filled out.

Mission accomplished in only about 20 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised.

This document is good only for Thailand but it allowed me to finally register for the Mor Phrom app and I will apply using the app for the International Certificate of Vaccination.
