Phuket Sandbox Also Suspended?

It is now not possible to apply for the Phuket Sandbox scheme on the Thailand Pass website.  Have their been further changes overnight?

Am I missing something?  According to that Sandbox applications are still OK. Or do you have a different point?

The Phuket Sandbox option was briefly not available due to maintenance on the TP site today. It's now available again.

I presume they were making amendments to the Sandbox destinations

Why?  The site wasn't working with no explanation and I did put a question mark in the title.
