Appartments Near Jatujak

HI,

I am new to the forum, and I am moving to Bangkok in September. I will be working around Jatujak and so I am looking for accomodation in the area. Preferably within walking distance of the sky train or subway. I have a maximum 10,000 baht a month to spend, if possible around 8,000 would be more reasonable. I don't know what I could find for this, but preferably I would like a one bedroom, not studio type place, with a balcony and air conditioning. Swimming pool would be a bonus.

I found one place called "Sawasdee place" that seemed reasonable, just wondering if anyone else has any suggestions for accomodation in this area.
