Any other way to book sha+ transportation? I have booked via Agoda 1day hotel under testandgo. Now the hotel does not anwer email or FB messenger. I just got Agoda involved some minutes back.

Any other idea ? It is my understanding that the airline will not let me board the plane without the transport confirmation.

 

Also have to book the PCR tests but it is my understanding that I get an instant confirmation for those when paid. I already got a Thailand pass for Jan1 TestandGo.

Can you find a separate website for the hotel and call?  This is one reason not to book through Agoda as they really are not set up for this type of booking.  They're set up for ordinary hotel bookings with standard requests.

 

I had a huge issue related to a quarantine booking through Agoda and only by calling the hotel did I actually get help.

 

The transport confirmation was not required at check in for the flight for my qurarantine booking.  Though I absolutely had to contact the hotel ahead of time to make sure the hotel arranged transportation as Agoda does not seem to send them anything to trigger them contacting the customer.  I knew from last year that they needed very specific  arrival information so I contacted them after not hearing from them at all.  They asked for Thailand Pass, passport, and flight reservations.  Then emailed me back saying my transportation was confirmed.  I printed it out but no one ever asked about it.  The booking confirmation did say transportation was included, so the gate agent may have checked that off from the confirmation. 

When I was travelling to Phuket I booked taxi myself and I used Vecay Phuket taxi. You can find them using Google. They have quite good prices as well but I am not sure if they are SHA+ certified. Not sure if that matters though, probably no one will check.

I thought the hotel had to arrange the transport. Anyway, I can also recommend Vecay. They are SHA Plus+

If a hotel couldn't be bothered to reply to my emails I'd find another which would. Who knows what else the hotel couldn't be bothered with once you're there. But that's just me. 

Just take a sha plus taxi at the airport.. done..

What is this "SHA"?  That is an acronym that I have not seen before.
Or these "SHA+",  "SHA Plus+".

It is a health rating for hotels, restaurants and etc.
