Daily News Thai caption: We didn't order them (say police) - they just arrived!

 

Thai social media was abuzz after a news site said that two Thai pretties - PR women - were handing out drinks at a police checkpoint in Hang Dong, Chiang Mai.

 

The busty beauties posed with passing motorists as they handed out cans of coffee.

 

But the Hang Dong police were not best pleased with the suggestion they had arranged the handouts.

 

They said that they had agreed for the Daiso Sushi Buffet in Star Avenue to hand out drinks but nobody mentioned the pretties, reported Daily News. 

 

They had just arrived with several other employees for the photoshoot on New Year's Day afternoon.

Thai pretties conducting random breathalyzer checks would be a better idea.

Although the extra caffeine and a dose of cleavage could wake up sleepy drivers...

I think it was a nice gesture, driving is a tiring task, a free can of coffee probably saved a few lives.

Agree. They used to have "meter maids" dressed in bikinis on the Gold Coast to put coins in the machines for overstaying parking. A good marketing ploy.

Usual police checkpoint  stop,license check really.But a nice place to get a free coffee from some lovely thai pretties

But, but, but... The cops didn't stop the pretties from handing out the coffee. I suspect the cops in attendance were quite chuffed to have some hotties to keep their minds off the mundane process of checking vehicles. The senior officers are  likely <deleted> off because they weren't there there at the time to enjoy the ladies' company.

 

Hey after the very hard year of 2021, this sounds like a good gesture by these

2 women. It was good to hear that they were handing out coffee, as many

driver probably went a long distance in their travels.

Good advertising for the Sushi place for very small outlay. Good job !
