Can anyone confirm the K-Bank App ( K+) works when overseas?

The phone number you have is more important. If your Thai sim expires. You can't get OTP. Sent to you.

Both of the above are correct.  I have used it many times overseas.  Make sure you top up your sim card while out if the country so it doesn't expire. 

 

There use to be a setting in the app for using WiFi.  It might be automatic now but I remember the first time I left the country I had to enable wifi in the app.

Yes you can use it, but you cannot download it to your phone via wifi, only via SIM card data (why that is, who knows!)

 

as others have said, make sure you top up your SIM card so you keep it valid for the OTP

I use it via the website but presume,unlike all my uk banks and credit card companies Kasikorn hasn’t enabled fingerprint id on their app which makes OTP superfluous? Otherwise can’t see the point of the app

I looked at the app and can't seem to find that toggle anymore.  I know it was there five years ago but maybe it is just enabled now.  Hopefully someone elseight know for sure.
