Is the Yellow vaccination booklet sufficient for Thai citizen international travel?

My Thai GF is planning a trip to the EU around April-May. She got 2 Pfizer jabs recently and got the "Yellow Booklet" issued by the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand which states "Immunization certificate for international travel ; COVID-19 etc", with the vaccination details. That was stamped and issued to her by the Srinagarind Hospital in Khon Kaen. I attach copies of the front cover and the pages with details + stamp, to be clear. The question is whether that will be sufficient for my GF to travel, or whether she would need yet another document? Obviously, the question can be addressed to the EU consulate (which I have done - waiting now for reply). However, so many things are not that clear when it comes to travel / COVID, so I think it wise to ask for "second opinions". If anyone on this forum has relevant information, I would be very grateful for sharing.
