I want to change that. 

I've edited that field a number of times in the past, but now I can't find the place to edit it.

Is it still possible? If so, where is it?

That option seems to of gone away. I don't see it on my profile settings.

Please restore the user edit function for the custom member label field to the advanced members that previously had that capability.
