I am planning to re enter Thailand from Australia in June 22 I'm currently non immigrant O with extension of stay expiring in Sept 22, can on return with a 1 month Covid insurance cover without any immigration problems or will I need a 3 mth policy to be able to re enter the Kingdom 

You can get a Thailand Pass at this time with only 30 days of covid 19 insurance.

Yes they will. 

Hopefully you obtained a re-entry permit before you left the country.  If not then you will be starting all over....

Re-entering next week after a 5 week trip to the US. Made sure I applied for the original test and go back in December. Let's see if the make me book a second night on day 5  instead of letting me stay at home and test at the local hospital as I had planned. I do not want to waste more money to satisfy the dolts in power.

Doubt if your plan will work.

If it was possible no one would book the 5th night gig. 

Fact that you live here wouldn't really come into it.

 

Hope your trip to USA went as planned. 

The OP talking about 4 months from now and in them 4 months every can and possibly change, so re-visit this issue closer to your departure day i would say...
