He probably forgot that people outside Russia have access to more reliable news sources than RT.

Lavrov should have been interrupted and put in his place as a liar.

Why hasn't the crystal clear wording of the Geneva Convention (of which Russia is a signatory) been brought up when it came to discussing the Brits that were sentenced to death?

Why weren't Lavrov's lies fact-checked ?

Russia hasn't invaded Ukraine, yeah right.

He should face an execution squad.

Not disagreeing with you, but executions squads around the world are going to be very busy when you start putting people like Lavrov in front of them.

But this is all what Putin propaganda’s speakers do care about: those millions of Russians zombified by the Soviet and then Putin’s propaganda.
Yes, there are some useful idiots (as well as the clinical ones) outside Russia. But they don’t really present any serious power in their respective countries.

After Boris Johnson's visit to Ukraine today this is whats been announced, more in the link:

UK to offer major training programme for Ukrainian forces as Prime Minister hails their victorious determination

The Prime Minister has offered to launch a major training operation for Ukrainian forces, with the potential to train up to 10,000 soldiers every 120 days.

My visit today, in the depths of this war, is to send a clear and simple message to the Ukrainian people: the UK is with you, and we will be with you until you ultimately prevail. As Ukrainian soldiers fire UK missiles in defence of your nation’s sovereignty, they do so also in defence of the very freedoms we take for granted.

Russia holding back on its resources, really? Sounds more like making excuses for their military failures

Russia Preparing for 'Big, Colossal War' With NATO, Says Major General

When asked by Solovyov whether Russia was holding back on tapping its military resources because President Vladimir Putin was keeping them free for a potential fight with NATO, Gurulyov said "we're obligated to consider such a possibility."

"We have to consider every option up to a big colossal war and be ready for it." When Solovyov asked if Russia was ready for such a scenario, Gurulyov replied, "We are ready."

He was interrupted and fact-checked by the interviewer - many times, in fact.

The Geneva convention was also referenced in relation to the two Brits.

Perhaps you haven't watched the interview?

Putin talking in St.Petersburg on France 24 TV tonight interesting.

The much-hyped speech was delayed by more than 90 minutes because of a "massive" cyberattack. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told journalists in an impromptu conference call that the speech was postponed due to distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks on the conference's systems.

I have a feeling that Margarita Simonyan the head of RT, Russia Today news also forgets that people have access outside of Russia and with VPN if inside, although she's trying as hard as possible to stop that:

VIDEO: Head of RT Margarita Simonyan admits that for 10 years or more, she's been dreaming about censorship, banning Western media and Russia becoming like China by achieving total information control. Most of all, Simonyan doesn't want the idea of freedom to ever come back to Moscow.

Actually she was also there next to Putin at the St.Petersburg forum acting as the moderator.

Putin writing his own rules on International Law:

Russian President Vladimir Putin has claimed that the legal side of Russia's war against Ukraine, which he calls a "special operation", fully complies with international law.

According to Putin, the legal side of the "special operation" in Ukraine fully complies with international law. When a territory is separated from a state, it is not necessary to ask permission from the central authorities, the Russian president said

Russia blockading Ukrainian grain is a 'real war crime' - EU

Russia's blockade of millions of tonnes of Ukrainian grain is a "real war crime", says EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell.

"It is inconceivable - one cannot imagine that millions of tonnes of wheat remain blocked in Ukraine while in the rest of the world people are suffering hunger," Mr Borrell said. "We call on Russia to deblockade the [Ukrainian] ports."

Are they not waiting on Ukraine to clear the sea mines they set.

But not to worry,Joe's temporary silo's will shore up grain supplies in the EU while the African countries suffer, well at least until thousands make the trip to the EU to see where their grain has gone.

I'm sure if a sufficient number of international warships were allowed to keep the Odessa harbor a no-conflict zone and escort cargo ships to the Mediterranean that Ukraine would clear the mines, but not until after the ships arrive.

I doubt Putin would go along with this arrangement.

Correct.

All Putin has to do is to agree that a maritime corridor between Odessa and Romania be protected by NATO.

There you go, some of those long range missiles/artillery being put to good use:

Ukrainian missiles hit Black Sea gas platforms, say Russian officials

Russian officials have said Ukraine launched missile strikes against three gas rigs in the Black Sea south of Odesa, in an apparent escalation of Kyiv’s attempts to weaken Russia’s maritime dominance.

Seven people were missing and three injured after the strikes, according to the head of occupied Crimea, Sergey Aksyonov, who said a “rescue operation with the participation of patrol ships and aviation” was under way.

The three offshore platforms, the Boyko towers, had previously been seized by Moscow from Ukraine in 2014. Kyiv believes they are used for military reconnaissance and to help assert control of a larger portion of the Black Sea.

Or you could ask why Russia's Dmitry Peskov insists that all sanctions are lifted first as a condition to talks

Golly!  You don't think Russia would hold the world's poor and hungry as hostages in an attempt to get sanctions lifted, do you?
