I have just done my second online 90-day report using the "new" online website.  I submitted at 08.08 hrs this morning, and I have it back, approved, at 10.12 hrs.

You do the 90 day report up to 15 days early that includes the report date in the count.

If you have applied for a extension at the office where you will be reporting all you should need is you passport and a completed TM47 form.

If it's Jomtien or another like them and the extension of stay is based on having seasoned 800k baht in the bank, might they also require a letter from the bank saying the money has been in there the whole 90 days?

That is a totally separate requirement from 90 day reporting.

Aslo it appears he in not using the Jomtien office if his profile is correct.
