Can anyone please direct me to a reliable review site and or previously written OP on this. I seem to recall one on TV, but cannot find anything current through Google.

JLL, CBRE, Savills...  Generally the most trust worthy, but all management companies can have problems at specific buildings. Obviously they are fairly selective in what buildings they manage in what locations, so depending on where your condo is and its standard they might or might not be interested.
