90 days report online pending

Featured Replies

I made my first online report, after i got a new passport, it was always instantly accepted, but now using my new passport it say pending.

Any ideas?

It is quite likely/certain that you will have to do the report in person, due to the new passport and number.

Then as you have already reported in person it’s your immigration office that is being slow

When did you do the report/how long are you waiting for?

One or more days waiting with the new system is not unusual.

Obviously it needs manual "push button" by an officer.

No more instant/automatic confirm.

On the other hand: have you showed up with the new passport at immigration before to register it and transfer stamps? If not, then expect report denied.

Haven't seen any instant approvals with the new system

Seen a report of approval received within 10 minutes, others three hours, others three days, others five days.

~ two+ business days for my recent online report (CW).

I applied 90 day report online on March 16, Wednesday. I received approval on March 21, Monday. Chaeng Wattana.

Same day approvals at Jomtien are common and certainly within 24 hours is normal now unless a holiday or weekend. First time in Dec last year, entered it at 7am and had approval at 5pm. Next time earlier this month entered it at 6pm and had approval next afternoon before 2pm. Not heard of anyone getting instantly approved. Have heard of other provincial offices taking 2-3 days.

I used to get instant approval via the old version of the reporting website, but now two or three days.

No problem with two or three days, though was concerned first time I used it.
