My past "Notifications" disapppeared 6 days ago.

Featured Replies

I.e., when clicking on the bell icon.

I see there is now a bright red "Clear notifications"  link.

If that is clicked on, is there then a Confirmation to make sure that is what is wanted?

I positively did not click on that unless accidentally, and if there is then a Confirmation popup I positively never saw that and never clicked on it, so I'm having a hard time understanding how this occured.

Any ideas?

Also - I'm assuming there is no way to restore the missing Notifications.

Correct?

I have yellow (using dark mode on browser) 'clear notifications' at right bottom of notification popup and any click that area removes all notifications immediately (no fail safe).   Actually probably a good idea to clear every week or so (know can be handy to find old threads at times however).

Have no idea if mods can restore but kind of doubt it.

"Clear notifications" - If this is clicked, please make Confirmation necessary before deleting.

Just accidentally cleared all for the 2nd time.

I don't remember "Clear notification" option being there previously - never made this error until my OP of March 30.

The Notifications are Very Useful - it should not be this easy to delete all.

No response or comment from the website staff after 3 months....

My Notifications have once again disappeared.

Either a bug in the software or...?

I did not knowingly click the red Delete All button nor did I notice it happen...

Forum Support - My suggestion above - requiring a Confirmation before the Delete All is carried out -  should be an easy fix.

Can/will  this be improved as suggested?

I suppose you do have good anti-bug software of some sort....????
