Hi, my mom is born in Thailand, but moved to Denmark when she was 8 years old and had to give up her thai passport in order to get the Danish one. Years later it became possible in Denmark to have a dual citizenship, so she has now applied for the Thai citizenship again, which will soon be accepted. When she is a thai citizen again, will it be possible for her to own land and a house in Thailand? She wants to move back to Thailand and own a house.
