It is one of Thailand's most iconic and popular desserts now coming into season.

Mango and sticky rice, usually served with coconut milk sauce.

Top Thai rapper Danupha "Milli" Khanatheerakul ate some on stage making the first appearance for a Thai at the Coachella Festival 2022 in Indio, Southern California.

The star's mango promotion antics were good news for stall owner Rasita Ruamsuk.

She sells the dessert in Pattaya under the name J. Noy - Mang Heaven and noted that until now business had been slow.

But Milli's promotion had inspired Thais and foreigners to show up in large numbers clamoring for the delicious dessert, reported Siam Rath

Really, there was a rush on mango stall's in Thailand because of some floozy snacking on mango over on the otherside of the world during some concert.

If ever there was a story that ranks high on the boosheet scale this is it !!

Lisa munching on pork balls, a rapper wrapping her gums around a mango dessert

I wonder what could be next?

Unbelievable........ A Thai singer in America eats it at a stage and suddenly in Thailand the sales are skyrocketing.....

Not too unbelievable. It's just that Thailand has a preference for American TV over Thai TV

All she did was what millions of other Thais do around this time of year, but without the publicity.

Even I enjoy it though my doctor says it is bad for people with diabetes.

I witnessed same crazy run on lemons when 'Lemon tree' by 'fools garden' was released.

"I'm turning my head up and down

I'm turning turning turning turning turning around

And all that I can see is just another lemon-tree"

Actually Mango in moderation is very good for diabetics. Just not with the sticky rice and coconut sauce.
