Can anyone recommend a good pharmacy or clinic in Chiang Mai for HGH and testosterone? Also anyone heard of the brand euro-med? Bayer has been discussed but euro-med testo is another one I’ve heard about here.

Euro med is an well known underground lab, but no experience with their products. They claim they produce pharma grade, but who can really tell, when they are not under any certified controll?

Check with Peera Pharmacy.

Anybody using the cypionax? I used with good results a long while ago but then stopped because felt the affect was not there and suspected a fake product, yet my friend says still good for him. I'm thinking of trying this brand again. I more suspect I'm just an old <deleted> and things ain't what they used to be in my body rather than a fake product. Was purchased from the popular pharmacy on second road known for all things Stan and Anne.

Why not go to an specialist/dr and do the right thing? A proper check up! And who produced the cypionax?

Use approved pharma not underground labs you know nothing about.

Firstly, how do you know your specialist is a specialist? I'll stick to my own judgements for now thanks.

Days of trusting someone with a specialist label are long gone.

Neither Cheryl nor Hummin were being disrespectful to any product nor poster in this thread imho. They're helpful.

What I need are bottles, not glass ampules. They don't even sell filter blunt needles here that I can find yet. Even filter straws would be fine.

The best advice is to do research research research. Then see an endocrinologist or TRT specialist. But there are many bodybuilders who know more about TRT than doctors. That said, I saw a TRT doc and got bloodwork every 3 months for years.

If one person doesn't shut down permanently DO NOT think that will be your luck too. This is often a lifetime decision if no HCG is available. There may be loss of sexual function too. Just a heads up... so to speak.

It sounds like you haven't been doing TRT in Thailand for too long.  Ampules work just fine and there's no need to use a filtered needles.  Personally I prefer rubber stoppered bottles too but learning to work with glass ampules is not that hard.

No need for an endo or TRT specialist either.  Many GP's know how to prescribe and manage TRT just fine, and are more trustworthy than a lot of the doctors associated with TRT clinics.  TRT is not rocket science.

Also, permanent shut down of the H-P-G axis is a completely  unfounded myth!  I make it a habit to completely abstain from TRT for 4-6 weeks every year.  Slight loss of muscle tone and slight loss of libido but nothing requiring PCT at all.

In my case, all that happens is that TT blood values gradually drop back down to about 150% of pre-TRT levels.  In other words, they never fall back to the values they were before I started TRT, so the residual efficacy of TRT stays with you even when you've been off TRT for a month or even longer, provided that you are staying in shape with some regular cardio and resistance training.

BTW, regular cardio and resistance training are absolutely essential for successful TRT.  If you are only relying on injections you are simply wasting your money.

This year, I went off TRT in mid November and am still off of it in February.  My serum TT is at 150% of my pre-TRT levels right now, after almost 3 months of not doing TRT at all...so really no problem rebounding with natural Test production at all.

And finally, HCG is a total waste of money IMO.  I tried it once and was thoroughly unimpressed with it.  Maybe that was just me, bit all the hype about HCG that you hear on the internet is just that...HYPE with no underlying scientific basis to it at all.

All of the above is Just my 2 cents. ????

Sounds like you have. Yet you do exercise. What motivates your decision to do TRT? Were your T levels low?

That seems true. A GP prescribed and manages TRT for a friend of mine who was in trouble, and it's made an amazing positive difference for him. No issues.

I was diagnosed with extremely low T about 8 years ago (like around 300 ng/dl) which is why I started TRT.  My doctor was a GP and handled my treatment perfectly.  As I said, it's not rocket science, just a matter of being well read on the subject, and having the ability of interpreting blood tests, which any competent GP should be capable of doing.

My doctor also emphasized the importance of exercise and nutrition and basically read me the riot act to clean up my atrocious lifestyle, claiming that TRT alone was not the answer to good health, and he was pretty persuasive in that regards which is why I took what he said seriously.

It might be of interest to know that he also diagnosed me as pre-diabetic, and with dangerously high blood pressure, yet he did NOT prescribe the usual drugs for treatment but encouraged an entirely nutritional / exercise approach, both of which quickly solved those issues!

When I moved to Thailand, I found another GP (up in Chiang Mai) who was just as competent.  Her name is Dr Nisachon Morgan and she is an exceptional GP (for anyone in Chiang Mai in need of a good GP, or one to prescribe TRT).

She is mentioned many times on this forum.  She is exceptionally well read on all medical matters, runs a great general practice clinic and is one of the nicest people you can imagine.  In other words, she really cares about her patients, which is more than you can say about a lot of the TRT clinics who are more interested in money than doing right by their clients.

There are a lot of people like that at the gym at any age. How do you feel about being there?

Try getting outside for your workouts, even if it’s at an outside gym. Worked for me, I don’t use indoor gym’s any more and don’t compare myself to others (as much). I also want to work out more.

Not really, since for most it's not about health and fitness. Interesting, far as it goes, for occasional people watching. But I don't compare myself to anyone but myself. Couple of weeks ago my numbers all came out great.

No outside gyms can possibly compare. I like the aircon in my gym, too.

A question for those that know. Can testosterone be taken in pill form ?. Testosterone clinics give injections which I don't really like. When I  asked about it they seemed to say that injection was the only way to give a measured dose and pills were not accurate due to how much or little would be adsorbed into the body. Does this sound correct?

There are some pill forms of testosterone, such as testosterone undecanoate, which is available in Thailand pharmacy's under the brand name Andriol, usually two  40mg pills a day.  I've looked into these pills but ultimately I decided my best route is injections by a doctor. Andriol use, like all versions of testosterone, may cause high blood pressure and liver damage.

You have gel and also Andriol Testo caps 40mg, both works well but do not use the thai copy Andriol testo caps. Use the original which have less side effects. Best solution is proper guidance from a specialized dr.

true, but might be wise to start with a trt specialist!

Glad you had no trouble, sincerely. But I've generally read lots of studies rather than accept statements on the internet;

“Cessation of TRT or AAS use may result in spontaneous recovery of normal spermatogenesis in a reasonable number of patients if allowed sufficient time for recovery.”

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4854084/

That would depend on your goals. If a guy wasn't able to focus and only wanted his ability to focus back - that's probably money well spent to that guy. There are other health benefits as well.

That's kind of like saying, "I tried a steroid once and it didn't do anything". A bit silly. I may "hear" something on the internet that sounds interesting and then ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS start searching out studies, preferably human double-blind RTC's with a big n= ... if I can find them. I generally get all my information from reading studies where there is not typically any "HYPE", here's one;

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6087849/

All of the above is Just my 2 cents. ????

All I can tell you is I was also worried about glass shards from ampules but my doctor told me it was really a non-issue and not to worry about it.  I have never seen any glass contamination in the ampules after breaking them open, and in the beginning I was using a jewelers loupe to look for them and saw nothing.

Fascino will order-in a 20 box of 250mg non UGL - but they want 4,180B or 209B per. They can get it in a day or two.

I know some are squeamish to self-inject but it's not a big deal.  You can use a tiny insulin syringe to inject into belly fat layer (called sub-Q injection) and you won't even feel it go in.

Absolutely no need to go into a clinic each time you need an injection.  That's just wasting money.

Pills and patches are highly problematic, not to mention far more expensive.
