Need to rent 1 bedroomed place in Silom in next few weeks

Featured Replies

I am looking to rent a 1 bedroomed furnished place in the Silom area starting by end of May,

Around 40 sq m  , more or less, furnished with kitchenette or kitchen facilities; seperated bedroom or studio with partitioned sleeping area.

1 year contract under the usual terms.

Somewhere like ITF Tower Silom Palace or Diamond Tower Silom would be acceptable. Must be easily within  walking distance  to Silom road .

12-16,000 baht per month,  negotiable.

I have tried various agents who so far are of little or no help and who list a lot of places no longer available.

Maybe someone here can help?

Many thanks...

Lots of rentals on facebook marketplace, and facebook groups "bangkok condos for rent" or something similar, plus you can post what you are looking for..

My advice is:

Look at a website like this for buildings which you like. https://www.fazwaz.com/

You should get a good idea about available unit sizes, prices, and many more details.

And then go personally to those places and check them out. Go to the lobby and look for information what is for rent. Maybe ask at the reception, shops, hairdresser, etc.

It is almost impossible to avoid an agent. Everybody, including the building management or hairdresser expects a commission. The good thing is if you rent then you are not the one who pays that commission (directly).
