Returning to Thailand June 3, Covid insurance only 30 days or until expiration of non-o visa

Featured Replies

I was at BKK and asked two different people one that was doing re entry permits the other at immigration and got conflicting answers. One said I only needed 30 day Covid insurance for $10,000 usd the other said until my visa expired next February. Which is correct? I don’t want to buy coverage I don’t need but don’t want to be turned back at the airport. Also if I am leaving Thailand again in 45 days would I then only need to purchase insurance until my departure date? These rules are not very clear and as said you get different answers depending on who you talk to

30 days I made mistake of getting it longer, as long as you have a TP to wave at them that is all they care about
