Street Signs installation upon road construction completion

When will the street signs indicating the name of Sois be re-installed? Road construction is mostly finished along South Pattaya Road, and sidewalks are being laid, so all in all, this great 2 1/2 year boondoggle project is nearing completion. But there are no posts at each corner indicating which Soi you are at. You know, THE NAME OF THE SOI. It must be hard for delivery drivers, but it's just insane not to have any sort of indication of the name or designation of the Soi that your home is on. I would sure like to see that done soon. Does anyone know what city department might be contacted to remind them that we want our street signs back?

I don't know which department handles street signs, but if you go to Muang Pattaya or city hall, they will direct you to the correct place. 

I'd say they are waiting for the sidewalks to be beautifully finished, before they dig them up again to put in the signs.
