Looking for names of compounds (MooBaans) close to Mega BangNa. Will be working in Thana City but don’t want to be in the middle of no where - So would like to find accommodation closer to Mega BangNa.

 

A commute of around 20 minutes is acceptable…..If you can share names of compounds we can look at - family friendly places 3/4 bedrooms.

 

Just thinking that it will be better to commute for 20 min but be a bit closer to Mega BangNa…..

Do a search for Setthasiri Bangna. I think there are a number of houses for sale and rent there.

She knows everything in the area and speaks perfect English. Sold me 1 house after renting 2 in the area…Bang Na , Prawet etc.

I have absolutely no affiliation but she is the best imo. Have tried most of them.

 

note; she doesn’t do budget places…mid to better end. Rentals 30k + sales 6 million at lowest.

Really struggling to find a suitable location and then moobaan. Variables to consider with Bangkok traffic seem too

We don’t want to be too isolated however we want to have good access to the road to Thana City.

 

Another variable is we have found a nanny but she wants to live in so we would need a maids room which seems to be difficult to find.

 

We’ve now searched online and found many options for location but unsure about if the Google maps timings are accurate. We don’t want to drive more than 20/30 minutes to work and back.

 

Would the moobaans in srinakarin be suitable?

Look around Lat Krabang, many decent Moo Baan here, Perfect Place at Lat Krabang is a good example.

Thana City has a few Moobaans, plus don't discount Kinkaew Rd which has direct access to Thana City also.

 

Another point there are roadworks right now on many parts of Bangna Trad Rd so current travel times are distorted.

 

Sinarkarin has its own problems with traffic, but should be ok if you live nearer Bangna end, however Skytrain construction is a way off completion, so you will have that to contend with.

 

The area between Mega and Soi Nam Daeng also has loads of Moobaans but traffic could be a problem.
