Yellow international covid vaccination book in Korat?

I've read there's a yellow international covid vaccination book that's available for 50Bt from some hospitals and regional health departments. Has anybody obtained one of these in Korat province? If so could you please give me some details of where exactly you go and what the procedure is?

If you are registered on the Mor Prom app you can order a international vaccination certificate. They send it to you by email.

You need a 13 digit ID number to register. The number is on your vaccination certificates.

Yes I do have that one already but I'm doing international travel in a few months, so I would like one of these yellow international covid 19 passports. I hope I can get one without making a trip to BKK.
