Well yes, if it is Thai legal marriage.....Like this one below, there is another one that shows if a lady is divorced, which must be shown to get re-married, ..

So, if a foreigner has a marriage ceremony here in Thailand (just a ceremony, no marriage certificate) to show the gf that he is committed, is this legal or is it possible if the foreigner is still married in his home country?
