These people have been doing this service for many years, I would think they have it sorted by now...????

Nah, it was a UK PP renewal, speed (or lack of it) entirely at the door of the UK passport service ????

Since you asked "Can anybody recommend an agent " one assumes you were asking about an actual place and not a postal address which of course you could have asked for specifically!

Thai visa express is 10,000thb and 11,000 thb thick, all in, no charge i believe for using their c/c to pay.
