My daughters (18 & 19) have just started at Payap University and I'm buying them a house for the next 4 years.

 

The developer says he can't transfer the chanote into my 19 year old daughter's name until she's 20.  Does anyone have any experience of doing this at San Kamphaeng District Land Office with a child under 20?

 

We are property developers in Chiang Rai, and know first hand that each individual land office has its own rules, I'm only interested in this particular land office.
