Popular Post ikke1959
Noise is a problem in Thailand, and he police, nor the Government is doing anything about it. If you want to organize something with music , they should ask ask permssion, and in the permission there should be maximum decibels allowed. The police should come and confiscate the music installation if people call and complain about the noise early in the morning, afternon, evening or night. instead of doing nothing and saying.. everybody is allowed to have a party......But the same for karaoke restaurants, bars, scooter and car shows, wedding parties, and just name it.. a maximum of decibels.. Better for the people too to prevent eardamages.. And enforce it 4

Perhaps the child didn't appreciate that they were firing real guns and his father went to protect him, or try to. That said then the Thai teenagers firing guns possibly have a mental age of less than the poor child that got injured. 2

swm59nj
I’m sure the bystanders that were injured did not just hang out when they started shooting. They were injured because they were in the area and then the shots started. And some people will just freeze and not move.

But if you complain in Thailand you are likely to have your property damaged in retaliation. And expecting the police to do anything..... Nobody cares about anyone else. Yeah folks focusing on 'spot the idiot' when the terrible reality is that small kids were shot! Perhaps the "altercation" began with verbal and non-firearm aggression, then guns were whipped out and discharged. If something of this order happened then how is it the fault of people who were there-about's and then were shot, especially small children?
